4. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs authorities or for shipments returned by customs.

5. Additional costs or delays may arise during international shipping. We kindly ask that you do not use these import fees or customs delays as a basis for refund requests or negative feedback.

6. Refunds will not be issued if you refuse to pay the customs charges upon the order's arrival in your country.
