PDO Screw Threads 31g 25mm are useful for areas of deep deficit. However, since the thread is twisted around the needle, rather than looped over, you get more surface area of thread underneath the skin.

So, just like smooth threads, do not contain barbs and can slide smoothly beneath the skin layers, making insertion almost pain-free. Instead of lifting or repositioning the dermis, they are a single filament strand meant to promote elastin and maintain it.  Screw threads are suitable for nasolabial folds, grooves, and wrinkles

1.       First, they’ll apply a local anaesthetic with a needle under your skin.
